Equality plan

In 2024, ADItech renews its commitment to equality between men and women through its Second Equality Plan (2024–2026).

Since its inception, ADItech has worked to achieve real equality of treatment between women and men at the workplace, as an essential foundation. Voluntarily, and out of conviction and commitment, in 2018 ADItech began developing its first Equality Plan (2020–2023).

The organisation is also committed to using inclusive language in all its communications, both internal and external.

Furthermore, according to the Regional Law on Science and Technology of Navarra, ADItech is the entity responsible for ensuring that the agents of the Navarrese R&D&I System (SINAI) comply with the equality measures between women and men established in this law.
